Dice two potatoes and boil them for 15 minutes.
Heat vegetable oil in a pot.
Mash potatoes, and add milk and butter.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and add flour, OR 1 cup of dry breadcrumbs.
Grab a lump of mashed potato mix, and coat it around a cheddar cheese cube, making a bomb shape.
Roll it on egg and flour/crumb mix
Wrap bacon and pin it with a toothpick
Fry for 3-4 minutes
Serve it with your choice of sauce. We prefer sour cream or ketchup.
